Our Mission
Omnis Rehabilitation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the Chicago, Illinois area dedicated to providing exceptional, pro bono physical therapy services, resources, and education to all those in need.
Omnis means “all” or “everyone” in Latin and this is the core belief at the heart of Omnis Rehabilitation. We believe that access to all aspects of healthcare is a right, not a privilege, for all people.
Omnis Rehabilitation provides services to people of all ages who are uninsured or underinsured.
Patient Care: In person & virtual physical therapy appointments for adults and children of all ages
Education: Information on health, wellness, safety, and rehabilitation for individual patients and community groups

Meet the Omnis Team
Liza Meiksins PT, DPT
Liza is a physical therapist with extensive clinical and teaching experience. She graduated from Northwestern University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2010 and has worked since then in a hospital setting, inpatient rehab, and outpatient neurologic rehab. She is a board certified specialist in neurologic physical therapy, a certified brain injury specialist, and a certified lymphedema therapist. She treats both pediatrics and adults. Liza is also on the Practice Committee of the Academy of Neurologic Physical Therapy and teaches continuing education courses nationally.
Liza founded Omnis Rehabilitation in 2024 in an effort to close the gap in access to high quality PT services.
