What services do you offer?

We provide comprehensive rehabilitation services tailored to individual needs, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech language pathology. We also work closely with our patients to access mental health and other medical services.

How can I schedule an appointment?

Do you accept insurance plans?

No, we do not accept any insurance. We provide patient care only to people that are uninsured or in special circumstances where insurance benefits have run out and/or they are unable to access appropriate services with their insurance benefits. Please reach out to us with specific questions and we will work closely with you to find the right solution.

While we work primarily with area hospitals and clinics, we do take referrals from individuals as well. Please contact us directly to find out more.

Which diagnoses do you treat?

At Omnis Rehabilitation, we specialize in neurologic rehabilitation but treat a wide variety of conditions and injuries. The most common diagnoses we treat are: stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, spine & brain tumors, and general deconditioning.

Do I need a physician referral?

We generally recommend a physician referral, particularly if referred directly from the hospital, but this can depend on the services needed.
